Please ensure you obtain required documenation (Birth Certificate, SS Card , Picture ID and All Income) and the forms Uploaded are complete and uploaded to the portal for your Interview. Your scheduled appointment for your interview and all documentation will be upload to your portal account. The email address you provide will be used to correspond with you. Your Application is not complete without required documents and forms. Applications submitted without supplying required documents and forms by the deadline will be grounds for Denial. Please ensure you register for an account for the Authority to upload forms required. REMINDER: We are NOT a Section 8 provider.
